The operator is a sole trader and is not entered in the Registro Mercantil. The activity needs no prior administrative authorisation.

Reporting illegal content
If you believe something published on SearchWinery is illegal (an e-label or a winery page, for example), write to hola@searchwinery.com. Section 8 of the Terms of Service says what to include and what happens next.
What SearchWinery is responsible for
Every e-label and winery page is published by the producer named on it, from data the producer entered. The producer is responsible for the accuracy of the ingredient, analytical and nutritional information, and for the content of its winery page. SearchWinery does not check that information and does not give legal advice; producers should confirm their labels with the competent authority. See the Terms of Service.
Intellectual property
The SearchWinery software, name, logo and site design belong to the operator. Content entered by producers belongs to them. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
